You may request closure of your 888poke account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
An account that has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We will attempt to contact you at the registered email address before applying a dormant account fee of PKR 200 per month. Real-money balances will never be reduced to below zero. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your 888poke account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to one business day to appear depending on your bank's processing times. 888poke does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during business days. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be sent to the same JazzCash account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect all players.
Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If multiple payment methods have been used, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally or to the primary method at our discretion.
First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above PKR 50,000 may require completion of KYC verification. We may also request additional verification for any withdrawal we consider unusual. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a standard security measure and not a restriction on legitimate withdrawals.
888poke reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that is associated with fraudulent activity, or that originates from a payment method not registered to the account holder. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the original payment source.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by 888poke are subject to the specific terms stated on each offer page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between an offer-specific term and this general section, the offer-specific term takes precedence.
Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each offer. For example, a welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked 30 times before withdrawal eligibility is reached.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each offer's terms.

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim period and bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expiry periods vary by offer and are clearly stated at the time of the promotion.
